Heretik - French Label and Sound System

Heretik is an emblematic sound system and label of the French hardtek, underground techno and hardcore scene, founded in Paris in 1996. A true pillar of the free party movement, Heretik has established itself as an essential reference of European rave culture.

Active since the late 1990s, the collective distinguished itself by organizing legendary raves, notably at the Bercy freight station and at Molitor swimming pool, which became major events in the history of underground techno in France. Their sonic aesthetic blends hardtek, hardcore techno, with raw energy crafted for the dancefloor.

Alongside its event activity, Heretik develops its own vinyl label, producing numerous releases that became cult in the hardtek and freetekno universe. The collective counts among its members major artists such as Popof, Nout, Noisebuilder, KRS, Broke, Electrobugz, Tom Buld'r and many others, who have durably marked the electronic scene.

Heretik embodies a free, committed and radical vision of electronic music, staying faithful to the original spirit of the free party while radiating on the European techno scene.
