Colissimo deliveries are calculated by weight; regardless of the chosen delivery method, we send you a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage costs.
Delivery Time
The delivery time includes the order preparation time of 24h (Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm), the shipping procedure, and the transit time by our carrier La Poste, Colissimo 48/72h (indicative timeframe).
Lost Package
In the event of a package lost by the carrier, an investigation is requested; a refund will only be issued at the end of the investigation, which can take up to 45 days.
Receiving the Order
In order to prevent any subsequent dispute, we ask you to check the contents of your package in the presence of the delivery person and under no circumstances accept a package in poor condition, repackaged, surrounded by adhesive tape, too light, or which might have been opened during transport without first checking the contents.
Please note, marking "subject to unpacking" has no legal value. You must precisely note the reason for the reservations ("damaged package", "opened", "torn cardboard", "broken product", etc.). Without reservations on the delivery slip, it will be impossible for us to respond favorably to a claim later if a problem arises with the use of the product.
IMPORTANT: In case of doubts about the package (damaged, carrier too rushed, metallic noises inside the package): refuse the package and call us.
Incomplete delivery address
In the event of an incomplete delivery address and a return to us by the carrier, we can reship the order to you by billing you for new shipping costs or refund the amount of the order minus the shipping costs.
Failure to collect a package on time
In the event of a package unclaimed within the time limits and a return to us by the carrier, we can reship the order to you by billing you for new shipping costs + return fees or refund the amount of the order minus the shipping and return costs.
Right of Withdrawal - Product Returns
We want our customers to be satisfied every time they shop in our store. However, you may wish to return items that do not meet your expectations; the law allows you to exercise a right of withdrawal within 14 days after purchase.
In accordance with the law of May 13, 2014 (Hamon Law), European Union consumers have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. This right applies to all products except food products. To exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, you can either use the "my merchandise returns" module in your customer area, or you can also send us this form by mail or email, or a statement on plain paper clearly expressing your desire to exercise your right of withdrawal (specifying the order number and the references of the products concerned). VinylBleu will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal by email.
You must carefully pack the items concerned and send them to us within 14 days via LA POSTE with tracking. Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging. Return costs will be at your expense, unless we delivered an item to you by mistake.

Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the portion of the order price corresponding to the items concerned. NB: Items returned incomplete, damaged, or in such a state of dirtiness that they are unsellable because they have been depreciated, will not be refunded. The refund will be made via the payment method used for the returned order (transfer, check, credit card, or PayPal).
